I have been in customer service-oriented jobs throughout my lifetime. The most rewarding for me, has been my career here at Omaha Division Insurance Agency. The feeling that I get from helping people understand their insurance needs and protection, is very gratifying. The commission structure here helps to motivate everyone to be able to “get what they put in’. The work schedule helps maintain a good balance of work and family life, along with an excellent vesting program – which all made and still makes the job so appealing.
Brian Smith
I started my career with Omaha Division Insurance Agency in November of 2010. I was a single parent working 60-85 hours a week, and barely making ends meet. A good friend convinced me to try a career change and apply with him at ODIA. I was extremely nervous because I’ve never worked in the insurance industry and knew very little of it. However, the management team at ODIA had it all laid out for me. I studied hard for several weeks to earn my license, and was ready to get started as an insurance broker. The field training helped ease me into my new profession which led to a successful career, and during which time I found financial stability. Now, I’m happily married with three kids, a dog, and a very nice house! There’s a freedom in my life now that I didn’t have before Omaha Division Insurance, and for that I am forever grateful.
Kyle Schroeder
As an agent at Omaha Division, you are set up for success from Day One. The training, sales support and the overall system are first class and second-to-none. This is my second stint with ODIA. After leaving to sell on my own, I quickly realized I was trying to fix something that wasn’t broken. Everything is already in place for you to succeed at ODIA.
